Mom’s Bacon Rice


Ingredients:

5 slices bacon (or desired)
3 cloves garlic
3 cups cooked rice
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon pepper
Oil or butter

Procedures:

  • ·         Fry bacon until crisp on oil or butter.
  • ·         Add garlic until it becomes light brown.
  • ·         Add mix rice, salt and pepper.
  • ·         Blend well.
Servings: 6
