Ingredients:
7 cups 1st class flour
3 tablespoon yeast
2 cups evaporated milk
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup oil
1/4 cup water
2 teaspoon salt
2 eggs
3/4 cup brown sugar
1 1/2 tablespoon cinnamon
1/4 cup butter
Procedure:
- In a large mixing bowl, combine 3 1/2 cups of flour and yeast.
- In sauce pan, heat milk, 1/2 cup sugar, 1 tsp salt.
- Add to dry ingredients in mixing bowl.
- Add eggs and oil.
- Put the remaining flour. Stir until it makes a soft dough
- Turn to flour surface, knead until smooth
- Placed in greased bowl. Let rise until double.
- Divide dough into half about 1 inch thick
- Brush surface of dough with water
- Sprinkle with cinnamon, and sugar mixture. Then roll.
- Bake until golden brown.
